About the project
The purpose of the project is to promote young people's opportunity to take space in the local cultural life.
The goal of the project is to develop young organizer groups in the area of Skellefteå Älvdal. The youth carry out their own events. The working model CultureCrew is used in participating municipalities.
The project consists of an introduction for the group's mentors. Training in event management. Implementation of workshops. Camp activities with overnight stays and a networking weekend for youth and mentors. A project manager coordinates the efforts.
