This is how it goes
4 steps, from idea and implementation to completion.
This is how it works – four steps
A project is a process with four different steps. To begin with, there must be a need and an idea, a formal project application should be written. Thereafter, the project, if approved, should be implemented according to the decision. Finally, the project should be completed and reported.
Step 1
Getting started
Can your idea become a project within Leader Skellefteå Älvdal? Use the checklist for assistance. Then submit a declaration of interest. If the idea can become a leader project, we will tell you more about how to continue with the work to implement this.
Step 2
Write the application
If Leader Skellefteå Älvdal assesses that the project fits into the strategy, the next step is to create a clear project description including, among other things, budget and activities. Depending on the type of project, maps, landowner approvals, and other documents may also be required.
Step 3
Implement
After waiting for the decision, it surely feels good to seriously kick off the project. A good and clear effort in the planning phase ensures that the work with the implementation goes smoothly.
Step 4
End
Apply for the final payment by making a final report in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's e-service, where you describe what you have done and answer questions about, among other things, goals and results.
