Final report your leader project
Apply for final payment by making a final report in the e-service, where you describe what you have done and answer questions about, among other things, goals and results. Review your application and your decision so that you report on everything you promised in the application.
Final report in good time
Apply for final payment no later than the end date stated in your support decision. By then, you should be finished with your investment or your project. If you apply too late, you will receive a deduction on the granted support. If you do not manage to finalize the project on time, you must apply for an extension before the project's end date has passed.
Check the information
Unlike the application for support, it is not possible to change a submitted application for payment. Therefore, it is especially important to have checked carefully before you press ”send” in the e-service.

Report voluntary time
Note all voluntary time that you spend on the project. The summary is sent to the operations office when the project is completed.
